We are seeking an experienced MEP Lead to oversee the delivery and coordination of mechanical, electrical and plumbing works on a major construction project in Helsinki.

Lead and coordinate MEP installation and commissioning activities
Manage subcontractors, engineers and site teams
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
Coordinate MEP works with the wider construction programme
Monitor quality, progress and compliance with project requirements
The ideal candidate:
Experienced in MEP delivery within large-scale construction projects, with strong leadership, coordination and communication skills. Experience working on data centres or other complex projects would be highly advantageous.
