Are you a recent graduate with a qualification in Occupational Safety & Health and looking to build a career in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS)?
Our Graduate EHS Programme offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced EHS professionals, engineers and industry specialists on major, technically complex projects across a range of sectors.
From day one, you’ll be involved in supporting the safe delivery of projects, developing your practical EHS knowledge and building the skills needed to progress your career.
What you’ll be doing As a Graduate EHS Advisor, you’ll work closely with the site EHS team and gain valuable experience across a broad range of Health & Safety activities, including:
- Supporting the EHS team with day-to-day site activities
- Assisting with site administration, reporting and documentation
- Carrying out site inspections and weekly audits
- Supporting Health & Safety inductions
- Maintaining training records and identifying training requirements
- Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of Safety Management Systems
- Collecting and coordinating information for EHS documentation and reporting
- Working collaboratively with engineers, project teams and industry experts to promote a strong safety culture
Overseas Opportunities

You’ll need:
- A relevant 3rd Level Occupational Safety & Health qualification
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The flexibility to work across project locations, including overseas opportunities
