The Role We are looking for a BIM Detailer to join the team in Collinstown. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 1 year’s experience who wants to develop their BIM career while working on large-scale, technically complex projects.
You will be responsible for developing and coordinating detailed electrical BIM models, working closely with engineers, architects and other disciplines to ensure projects are accurately modelled and fully coordinated.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D BIM models of electrical systems using Revit and other Autodesk products.
Use point cloud technology and modern BIM methodologies.
Coordinate electrical services with architectural, structural and other building systems.
Use Navisworks Manage to identify and resolve clashes before construction.
Produce accurate 2D design and shop drawings from BIM models.
Ensure models comply with project requirements, BIM standards and the BIM Execution Plan.
Liaise with engineers, architects and other project teams to resolve design and coordination issues.
Maintain accurate and high-quality models and documentation.
Support the wider BIM team throughout the project lifecycle.
Continue developing knowledge of BIM technologies and industry best practice.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar BIM, MEP or electrical detailing role.
Strong knowledge of Revit and Navisworks.
Understanding of BIM workflows, modelling standards and coordination processes.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and develop accurate models.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
A willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
