Experienced in HV commissioning and looking for a role where you can work across equipment and systems from 11kV right through to 132kV?
This is a hands-on engineering role covering the testing, commissioning and validation of HV equipment and associated protection, control and SCADA systems, helping ensure projects move safely and successfully from installation through to energisation.

- Configuring and testing protection relays
- Validating SCADA interfaces and associated control systems
- Preparing and managing commissioning documentation, including work packs, RAMS, job instructions and test reports
- Troubleshooting technical issues during testing and commissioning
- Liaising directly with manufacturers and suppliers during Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and site commissioning
- Working collaboratively with Design Engineers, Project Managers and installation teams to ensure a smooth transition through each stage of the project
- Ensuring commissioning activities meet the required statutory, regulatory, quality, health, safety and environmental standards
What are we looking for?
- HNC/BEng or equivalent qualification in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Previous experience in HV commissioning between 11kV and 132kV would be particularly valuable, ideally gained within renewables, utilities or large-scale industrial projects
- Full UK driving licence
