Project Manager

£65,000 + car allowance
We’re recruiting a Project Manager to join a growing ICP delivering residential and commercial projects for clients across the North West.
This is a hands-on position for someone who knows how to keep projects moving. You’ll be responsible for the people, programme, resources, commercial performance and safe delivery of your sites, while acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants and DNO representatives.
Your day-to-day
- You’ll have overall responsibility for your projects, coordinating site teams and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards
- That will see you managing labour, plant and materials, overseeing toolbox talks and audits, monitoring project finances and working closely with Supervisors to resolve issues before they impact delivery
- You’ll also manage interfaces between the business, clients and DNO SAPs, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring everyone involved in the project remains aligned
- Health, safety, quality and environmental standards will be central to how you operate, and you’ll be expected to lead from the front when it comes to safe working practices
You’ll ideally bring: - HNC or above in Electrical Engineering or a similar discipline
- Strong technical knowledge of HV switchgear, including current and legacy equipment
- Previous Project Management experience, ideally within an ICP environment
- Confidence dealing directly with clients and project stakeholders
- Full UK driving licence
