£75,000 + Car / Car Allowance + bonus

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Construction Project Manager / Senior Authorised Person (SAP) to take a lead role in the safe and successful delivery of high-voltage construction projects across the UK.

Our client is a respected specialist within the high-voltage sector, delivering projects from installation and construction through to commissioning, maintenance and emergency response. This is an opportunity to join a technically driven business where safety, quality and delivery are at the heart of everything they do.

You’ll take responsibility for managing projects from planning through to completion, coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Alongside your project management responsibilities, you’ll provide technical leadership as an SAP up to 33kV, ensuring works are carried out in accordance with Distribution Safety Rules and company procedures.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager/SAP:

• Lead the delivery of HV construction projects from mobilisation through to completion
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, subcontractors and site activities
• Manage project programmes, budgets, risks and client expectations
• Lead teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of safety and workmanship
• Act as SAP up to 33kV, overseeing safe systems of work, switching and operational activities
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide clear project reporting
• Ensure all project documentation, procedures and compliance requirements are maintained
• Support commissioning, testing and handover activities
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and site operations
