I’m working with an established client who is looking to appoint an experienced Managing Surveyor to join their Commercial team.

You’ll take ownership of CVR reporting, forecasting, cost control, change management and cashflow, while ensuring contracts are effectively administered in line with NEC requirements. A big part of the role will be leading, mentoring and developing the commercial team, driving best practice and creating a high-performance, accountable culture.

About you

We’re looking for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager with significant leadership experience and strong practical knowledge of NEC contracts. You’ll be confident managing multiple projects, stakeholders and commercial priorities, with a proven ability to identify risk, improve margins and deliver strong financial outcomes.
