Network Manager 
London - Hybrid
Negotiable Salary + Car Allowance + Bonus

We are looking for a Network Manager to join a growing electricity infrastructure business with responsibility across LV, HV and EHV distribution networks.

This is a key role within the Operations team if growing IDNO, supporting the safe adoption, operation and maintenance of electricity assets while working closely with ICP partners, contractors, customers and other industry stakeholders.

This is more than a day-to-day network operations role. You’ll have real influence over how the network is managed, assured and developed.

You’ll be involved in:

• Network operations, reliability and resilience
• LV fault procedures and contractor performance
• Commissioning policies, processes and test witnessing
• Asset condition, defects and NCR trend analysis
• Network control, SCADA and operational systems
• Risk-based inspection and maintenance programmes
• ESQCR compliance and asset labelling
• Technical and safety assurance
• Managing contractors and service providers
• Supporting and developing technical teams

We are looking for someone with strong experience within electricity distribution, holding experience working with 33kV networks as a minimum, network assurance, asset management or operational delivery.

You’ll need to be technically credible, commercially aware and confident working with contractors, customers and senior stakeholders.
