Quantity Surveyor
South East - Hybrid
£55,000 + Company Car + Bonus

Looking for a Quantity Surveying role where no two projects are the same?

We're partnering with a leading infrastructure business that's looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support projects across Rail, Aviation, Defence and other safety-critical sectors. This hybrid role offers a mix of home working and site visits, giving you the opportunity to work on major infrastructure projects across the UK.

What you'll be doing:

• Managing project costs from pre-construction through to final account
• Preparing CVRs, cost reports and budgets
• Contract administration, procurement and change management
• Identifying and managing commercial risks
• Working closely with project teams while supporting junior colleagues

What we're looking for:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Experience within Civil Engineering, Rail, Aviation, Defence or other infrastructure sectors
• Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with cost management software (Oracle desirable)
• MRICS or CICES accreditation is advantageous
