HV Project Manager

£65,000 + car/car allowance + bonus

Are you an experienced HV professional looking for your next opportunity to lead complex projects and make a real impact?

Fourblue are working with a well established electrical infrastructure business, who is looking for an experienced HV Project Manager to join their Manchester team.

You will be responsible for the full delivery of HV projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations.
Alongside project delivery, you will help strengthen client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the ongoing success and profitability of the HV division.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Lead and manage HV projects, overseeing programme, budgets, resources, and delivery performance
• Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
• Manage and develop site teams to achieve high standards of safety, quality, and performance
• Review project requirements, contracts, and scope to ensure successful delivery
• Support tender opportunities, quotations, and future business growth
• Drive improvements in operational processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure all works are completed in line with HV/LV safety rules, company procedures, and industry regulations

Criteria for the Project Manager:

• A proven track record managing HV projects (5+ years preferred)
• Experience leading teams within an electrical engineering environment
• Strong understanding of HV/LV systems and industry practices
• The ability to manage budgets, resources, and project performance effectively
• Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above)
• IOSH or SMSTS for Managers
• Strong knowledge of HV safety practices
