Senior Project Manager – HV Connections (11kV–132kV)
Midlands – Hybrid
£85,000 + car allowance

Fourblue have partnered with a successful ICP that delivers end‑to‑end electrical connection solutions across projects from LV up to complex 132kV infrastructure, providing expert advice, efficient delivery and tailored support throughout the connection process to help clients achieve their project goals and compliance requirements.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a growing team working on high‑voltage connection projects. This is a leadership role where you will take ownership of project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring work is delivered safely, to programme and within budget.

Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of HV projects (11kV–132kV), coordinating with clients, DNOs/IDNOs, and subcontractors to ensure successful outcomes
Manage multi‑disciplinary site teams, oversee plant and equipment, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance
Drive project planning, budgeting, risk management and documentation including RAMS, permits, As‑Laid drawings and H&S plans
Support the tendering and risk review process, assist with design handover, site surveys and preliminary studies to prepare works for construction
Ensure all deliveries comply with NERS, ENA G81 and adoption standards

Criteria of the Senior Project Manager:

Proven experience delivering HV 11/33/132kV substation and cable works to NERS standards
Strong knowledge of ENA specifications and G81S requirements for ICP projects
HNC in Electrical Engineering or related discipline minimum; degree in Project Management, Business Management or similar advantageous
Proficiency with MS Office and project documentation systems
