Are you an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager ready to take ownership of technically challenging private network programmes?
This is your chance to lead high-value, high-risk projects from initial concept right through to final handover, shaping the delivery of customer-owned high and low voltage networks across the UK.
You’ll manage a portfolio of critical project and guide teams through design, delivery and commissioning, mentor developing project managers and play a key part in achieving wider strategic objectives.
Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager: - Leading private network projects through their full lifecycle, ensuring they meet time, budget and client expectations
- Managing risk, change and compliance while driving high standards across all works
- Conducting SHEQ tours and overseeing robust project documentation
- Providing technical and behavioural leadership to project teams
- Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Criteria of the Senior Project Manager: - A proven track record delivering high-value MEICA, utility or technical construction projects
- 5+ years’ experience in complex electrical or mechanical network environments
- Strong understanding of high-voltage networks, CDM 2015, control and protection schemes and notifiable works
- NVQ Level 4+ (or equivalent), plus IOSH Managing Safely
- Relevant site and safety certifications (SSSTS/SMSTS, EUSR/CSCS/ECS, First Aid)
