Fourblue Recruitment is supporting a leading utilities organisation with a key hire within their Wastewater Operations team.

This is a remote, UK-based role (Midlands down) offering the opportunity to play a critical part in the construction, adoption, operation and maintenance of wastewater networks across England & Wales.

The role:

• Act as the technical expert for wastewater assets
• Ensure safe, compliant and efficient construction & operations
• Work closely with developers, contractors and service providers
• Carry out inspections, resolve non-conformances and support asset adoption
• Influence standards, quality and long-term performance of networks

What we’re looking for:
✔ Strong experience in wastewater networks (design, construction or operations)
✔ Background in water company developer services or contractor environment ideal
✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✔ Proactive, detail-focused and solutions-driven mindset

• Salary: £55,000 + company car
• Location: Home-based with regular site visits
