An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead complex multi-utility new connection projects across the South West. This role sits within a rapidly growing organisation delivering forward-thinking infrastructure across electricity, gas, water, telecoms and EV charging.

The Role As Project Manager, you will:
Lead multi-utility infrastructure projects from initial planning through to final handover.
Schedule all site and connection activities alongside internal teams and external stakeholders.
Procure materials and equipment in line with project requirements
Track progress against safety, quality, budget and programme KPIs.
Act as the project lead for health, safety and quality, including preparing RAMS.
Manage project finances including costs, margins, cash flow, variations and disputes.
Liaise with DNOs, IDNOs, GTs, IGTs and Water Companies to coordinate final connections.
Attend client meetings and internal reviews, reporting on progress and commercial performance.
Ensure accurate project closure, documentation and handover.
About YouEssential:
Proven experience in utilities, construction or a related technical sector.
Strong project planning, coordination and client management abilities.
Excellent financial awareness, with the ability to manage costs and margins.
Confident communication, organisational and IT skills.
Solid understanding of health and safety within a live project environment.
Desirable:
SMSTS qualification
Street Works Supervisor certification
HNC or equivalent in engineering or construction
