We’re looking for an experienced Electrical Turnover Lead to join a high-profile pharmaceutical project in Denmark. This is a leadership role driving the handover of electrical systems, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead turnover activities, including tagging, QA/QC, test packs, and final documentation.
• Develop and maintain tagging schedules for all equipment and systems.
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth handover.
• Monitor progress and report on issues and resolutions.
• Work closely with AP teams to support testing and energization.

What You’ll Bring:

• 10+ years’ experience on electrical packages, with turnover or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC checklists, test packs, and turnover processes.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SAP/AP systems is an advantage.
• A collaborative, adaptable team-player mindset.
