2x Business Development Manager

£60,000 + company car + commission
Fourblue are proud to be partnering with a fast-growing utility contractor as they expand their presence across the North East and Yorkshire. They’re seeking a driven, customer-focused professional to help shape this growth.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening existing client relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities. You’ll be actively involved in the pre-contract and tendering process, collaborating with teams across the business to deliver outstanding service and drive continued success.

Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Building and maintaining long-term, trusted relationships with customers
- Leading face-to-face meetings and representing the business with confidence
- Generating new business opportunities and managing customer onboarding
- Collaborating with teams across the business to deliver a seamless pre- and post-contract experience
- Monitoring and managing customer performance metrics to ensure high standards
Criteria for the Business Development Manager: - Previous experiencing in the Utility contracting or property developer sectors is required
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Experience managing customer relationships and coordinating teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and influence others
- Organised and able to manage your time effectively
- A commitment to company values and a passion for delivering exceptional service
