We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to oversee a major project in Charleroi, Belgium. This role involves managing site activities, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and driving project delivery in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Rotation: 17 days on / 4 days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate construction activities, ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets are met.
• Conduct regular site safety and quality inspections.
• Manage commissioning activities and resolve roadblocks.
• Provide weekly progress reports and lookahead planning.
• Lead and support a team of supervisors and craft workers.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in construction management, including pharmaceutical projects.
• Proven track record in team leadership (up to 100 craft / 10 supervisors).
• Strong piping knowledge (installation, welding, testing, handover).
• Familiar with Navisworks, isometric drawings, and workpacks.
• Commercial awareness and solid understanding of H&S requirements.
• Degree in Mechanical/Construction Engineering advantageous.
