Fourblue are working with a high-performing Independent Connection Provider (ICP) delivering integrated utility infrastructure for electricity, gas, and clean water across a wide range of residential, commercial, and renewable developments.  They’re now looking for a skilled Estimator to help price projects accurately, support major tenders, and play a key role in the business’s continued success.

Responsibilities of the Multi-Utility Estimator:

• Producing detailed cost estimates across a wide range of infrastructure and utility projects
• Interpreting technical drawings and project specifications to develop pricing proposals
• Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive rates
• Supporting bid submissions, pricing schedules, and handovers to delivery teams
• Identifying cost risks, value engineering opportunities, and aligning with commercial strategy

Criteria for the Multi-Utility Estimator:

• Experience in estimating water, gas & electric infrastructure within construction, utilities, or civils
• A solid grasp of materials, labour, and project cost structures
• Confidence working with technical drawings, Excel, and estimating tools
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical thinking
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to support across the team
