Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take on greater responsibility in a fast-paced, high-impact environment?

We’re working with a leading infrastructure and utilities contractor that’s delivering major projects across the UK and they’re looking to strengthen their commercial team with two new Quantity Surveyors. What you will need to bring with you as a Quantity Surveyor:

• Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, within construction or utilities
• Solid understanding of NEC or similar contract frameworks
• Strong commercial and cost management skills
• Confident communicator with solid negotiation and stakeholder engagement abilities

Responsibilities of the Quantity Surveyor:

• Managing budgets, cost forecasting, valuations, and variations
• Leading subcontractor procurement and payment processes
• Administering contracts and supporting tender activities
• Driving commercial performance through accurate reporting and analysis
• Collaborating closely with operational and project delivery teams
