Fourblue are working with a leading energy infrastructure provider that’s delivering critical projects in the fast-growing EV space and they’re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

About the Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll work closely with construction managers, planners, designers, and electricians to ensure the successful commercial delivery of EV infrastructure projects. From subcontract management and cost reporting to stakeholder engagement and compliance with NEC contracts, you’ll take ownership of the full commercial lifecycle.

If you’ve got a strong background in civils or utilities, and you know your way around NEC contracts, this is your chance to make a real impact in a sector that’s powering the UK’s transition to net zero.

Criteria for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• 5+ years’ experience in quantity surveying within civils or utilities infrastructure
• Solid understanding of NEC contracts and commercial risk management
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills, ideally with experience using accounting systems like Oracle
• Proven subcontractor management and cost control capabilities
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety standards
• Great communication, decision-making, and time management skills
