£60,000 + Company Car + Commission
Fourblue have teamed up with a MURS-accredited contractor who specialise in multi-lay projects, delivering integrated water, gas, and electricity connections for housing developers and infrastructure clients. With a strong reputation for quality, compliance, and collaborative delivery, they are now poised for the next stage of expansion. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading multi-utility provider as they expand their footprint across the residential and commercial markets.
This North West-based role offers flexible working. Plus the added bonus of 1orking closely with the leadership team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape a commission structure.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Manager:
- Developing new business opportunities across residential and commercial markets
- Promoting and winning work for multi-utility packages and single-point connections
- Managing and expanding relationships within the company’s existing client base
- Leveraging your own network of industry contacts to open new doors
- Supporting the strategic growth of the business alongside the directors
Criteria of the Business Development Manager: - Proven experience in utilities, infrastructure or construction business development
- Understanding of multi-utility connections across water, gas, and electricity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and confident in engaging with clients
- Ambition to be part of a growing, forward-thinking organisation
