Fourblue is working on behalf of a growing, forward-thinking electrical infrastructure contractor delivering critical energy solutions across the UK. With a strong reputation for safety, quality, and technical expertise, they are now looking to appoint a skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of Low Voltage (LV) projects across multiple sectors.

As Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing LV infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring that delivery meets the highest standards across safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The Role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will: lead the end-to-end delivery of LV infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to specification; oversee project planning, financial control, team coordination and stakeholder engagement; work closely with internal departments, clients, and subcontractors to meet milestones and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle; ensure compliance with DNO/ICP technical standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies; identify and mitigate project risks, implement change controls, and support commercial negotiations; mentor project teams and foster a safety-first, high-performance culture.

Criteria for the Senior Project Manager:

• Proven experience in the electricity industry, with at least 2 years’ project delivery experience (ideally in LV works)
• Background in operations or experience as a Linesman would be highly beneficial
• Strong knowledge of UK electricity regulations and construction methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Organised, detail-driven, and commercially aware
