We are looking for a HR Advisor
 
Salary: £15.00-£16.00 an hour 
 
Location: Taunton
 
Immediate start
 
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm the client is happy to be flexible with this 
 
Temporary ongoing 
 
JDR is recruiting for HR Advisor to work within a manufacturing site in Taunton.
 
The role: As a HR Advisor you will be working within a manufacturing environment and your duties will be as followed:
 

• Project work (helping support a new benefit that is coming to the business)
• Advice on performance issues and supporting with next steps
• Grievances
• Employee relations
• Any other duties that are required 
  
  

About you: As a HR Advisor you will have the following skills and experience:

• Start immediately and looking for temporary work
• Previous experience as a HR Advisor
• You will be able to travel to Taunton
• Experience within employee relations
• Experience on supporting with projects
• Can do attitude 
• Positive approach 
• Confident with advice to employees
