Roofer
Location: Huddersfield, HD1 6LG
Start Date: 20/10/2025 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 17:15pm
Pay Rate: £16.62 per hour, paid weekly - every Friday! 
Contract: Temporary on-going
DBS Requirement: Basic DBS Check Required

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Roofer to carry out day-to-day roofing repairs, renewals, and maintenance across domestic properties, schools, and public buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team and make a real impact in the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform roofing repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Work with a variety of roofing materials.
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations.

Essential Requirements:

• Apprentice trained or equivalent relevant experience.
• NVQ Level II (or equivalent) in a relevant trade or demonstrable skill set.
• Proven experience with a wide range of roofing materials.
• Full and valid UK driving licence.
• Comfortable in a laborious role; bending, lifting, climbing and working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Awareness of Health & Safety in the building trade.
• Basic DBS check.
