We’re looking for a dedicated Packing Operator to join our busy warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
What’s the Role About?
Reporting to the Team Leader, this multi-skilled role involves a variety of responsibilities to support our production and warehouse operations, including:

Handling ingredients, booking out finished and individual spice mixes
Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods
Performing quality checks on finished goods to agreed standards
Maintaining accurate records and completing all paperwork with precision
Upholding exceptional GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and food safety standards in all tasks

You’ll play an important part in ensuring our products are packed and processed to the highest quality while supporting smooth warehouse operations.

✅ Communicates effectively and works collaboratively with colleagues, Team Leaders, and key stakeholders
