JDR Recruitment are hiring on behalf of their client based in Knutsford WA16,

We are looking for Machine Operatives

Working hours are on a three week shift rotation,

Monday to Friday:
week one- 06:00-14:00
week two- 14:00-22:00
week three- 22:00-06:00

Pay rate for the AM/PM shift is £12.21 per hour
Pay rate for the Night shift is £14.01 per hour

This is a temporary to permanent position after a successful 12 week period

Previous production experience is required for this position

We are looking for candidates that have previous production experience and are interested in long term employment within a company where they can grow and progress their career.

First week of training you will work a 08:00-16:00 Monday to Friday before starting shifts,

PLEASE NOTE - a car is essential for this position, no public transport route

What will you be doing:

Packing goods at the end of the production line
Quality checking products
Working in a timely manner
Reporting any machine issues to the supervisor
Removing waste to appropriate areas
Palletising goods
Labelling products
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
Strong attention to detail
Operating machinery

What we are looking for:

Previous production experience
Reliability & honesty
Strong work ethic
The ability to work as part of a team

The Ideal candidate will have production experience, a willingness to learn, strong work ethic and the desire to obtain permanent employment,

The ideal candidate will be able to work all three shifts rotating weekly,
First week will be a week of training on a 08:00-16:00 shift.
