Customer Service Advisor
Location: Stockport - fully on-site
Type: Full-Time, Temporary contract
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Shifts: Between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of 7)

You'll be handling customer queries across phone, email, and social media, helping people with everything from orders and deliveries to refunds and general product questions. What You'll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer queries with energy, flair and empathy
• Resolving customer queries surrounding their orders and deliveries like a pro
• Sharing product knowledge and tips when needed
• Managing multi-channel communications with style
• Keeping things efficient, friendly, and totally on-brand
• Working in-line with the business' core values, ambitions and goals 

What We're Looking For:

• A natural communicator with a friendly, upbeat vibe
• Someone who's confident using tech and social platforms
• Previous customer service experience (especially in eCommerce or retail) is a bonus
• A good eye for detail and a cool head under pressure
• Have a genuine passion for helping our customers and ensuring they get 5* treatment
