JDR is recruiting for several Production Operative to work in a large manufacturing site in Tiverton.

The role:

• Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Packing and labelling finished goods for distribution.
• Performing routine inspections to ensure the production process runs smoothly.
• Reporting any issues or faults to the supervisor or manager.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Following health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Meeting production targets and deadlines.

About you: As a Production Operative you will have the following skills and experience:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred but not essential).
• Start immediately and are looking for long term work
• You will be able to travel to Tiverton
• Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
