The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail‑oriented and proactive Customer Service Representative to join the Dry Bulk team. You will become a trusted partner for your customers, managing their requests from transport order through to delivery, taking ownership of the full process and delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, overseeing the entire order process and ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Resolve operational issues, implement new transport lanes and provide insights through financial and operational analysis.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Europe to deliver innovative transport solutions and drive continuous improvement.
• Switch seamlessly between customer service, liaising with operational and commercial colleagues, and implementing key efficiencies.
