Job Title:
Customer Sales and Service Agent (French and Spanish Speaking)

£13.25 per hour + Commission

Location:
Canary Wharf, London

Hours / Days:
40 hours per week 
Shifts between 08:00am and 19:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Shifts between 08:00am and 18:00pm (Saturday)


Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound phone inquiries related to both sales and customer service.
• Manage service requests using an internal application system 
• Drive sales by identifying customer needs and presenting attractive solutions.
• Process changes to existing bookings, including cancellations, modifications, or confirmations.
• Support outbound call coverage during staff vacation periods.
• Promote and sell additional offerings such as upgrades, extra services, and extended stays.
• Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat regarding product information and online bookings.

• Fluent in French, Spanish, and English.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Contributes positively to a results-driven team environment where maximising every opportunity is key to achieving goals and fostering client loyalty.
• Naturally persuasive with a strong aptitude for sales.
• Demonstrates professionalism and emotional strength under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Proven background in customer service or sales roles (Essential)
• Solid knowledge of call centre operations, performance metrics, and best practices (Preferred); Training provided.
