Imports Administrator 

Salary:
Up to £33,000 per annum (DOE)

Location:
Trafford

Hours:
Between 08:00 and 18:00 (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that all costs and invoicing are accurate and on-time
• Dealing with a range of queries from both external customers and internal departments 
• Using internal management systems and microsoft programmes 
• Maintaining all compliance across sea-based imports 
• Maintaining internal and external communication in the case of any key changes
• Monitoring completion of all freights and the associated costs within an agreed timescale 
• Reviewing SOPs on a regular basis to once again ensure compliance 
• Maintaining all important documentation 

• Experience of working within an office administration role
• Strong communication skills 
• Working collaboratively within a team environment 
• Computer literate 
• Able to commute to Trafford 
• Experience across imports / exports / freight (desirable)
