We are currently recruiting for an Office Coordinator due to the continued growth and success of our client based in Peterlee.  This role is a permanent office based role in Peterlee with the working hours of Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Job Description 

• Answering support calls from customers to support with queries 
• Logging data meticulously into Excel spreadsheets to maintain accurate records
• Resolving billing discrepancies with efficiency and professionalism
• Arranging the shipping and delivery of products to customers
• Coordinating travel bookings for the team
• Providing updates to customers 

Preferred Qualifications:

• GCSE in Maths and English at grade C or above
• One year of experience working in an office environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy
• Ability to handle pressure and troubleshoot issues in a fast paced environment 

30 days holidays including Bank holidays 
Salary £25,000-£30,000 depending on experience 
Enrolment to the company pension scheme
