Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + Monthly Bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, rota-based weekly shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
About the Role: We’re looking for a confident and experienced Outbound Sales Team Leader to join a high-performing sales operation in Manchester.

This is a leadership role focused on coaching and developing a team of 12–15 outbound sales agents, making sure they hit their goals.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and support a team of 12–15 outbound sales professionals.
• Ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets and KPIs are consistently met.
• Monitor team performance using dialer systems and reporting tools.
• Deliver structured training sessions and ongoing support to drive success.
• Use data and insights to optimise team performance and conversion rates.
• Identify and address performance issues through effective coaching.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager, providing regular updates and progress reports.
• Foster a collaborative, positive team culture rooted in accountability and achievement.

• Proven experience in leading successful outbound sales teams.
• Hands-on knowledge of dialer systems and performance monitoring tools.
• Experience working towards—and smashing—sales targets in a contact centre setting.
• Strong coaching, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working on a rota basis, with flexibility across 8:00am–6:00pm Monday to Friday.
