Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cold calling to generate new leads and identify business opportunities.
• Qualify and schedule appointments for Business Development Managers in line with the UK Sales Business Development Process.
• Build and maintain a robust database of prospects for ongoing outreach and mailshot campaigns
• Develop a strong understanding of Kerry Logistics’ products and services to effectively communicate capabilities and identify upselling opportunities
• Support Business Development Managers with the distribution and follow-up of quotations; ensure all quotes are logged and tracked
• Maintain contact with prospects by scheduling follow-up calls and nurturing long-term opportunities

• Proven experience in cold calling and working in a target-driven environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High resilience and a proactive approach to lead generation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and sales databases
• Understanding of freight forwarding services, trade lanes, and logistics markets is desirable
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to new product awareness
