Engineering Manager Salary: Up to £55,000 (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering, design, and project teams.
• Deliver compliant, customer-aligned engineering solutions.
• Liaise with EPCs to ensure clear specs and timelines.
• Optimize engineering processes and standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards.
• Develop talent and foster a culture of innovation.

What We’re Looking For in an Engineering Manager:

Essential

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, 5+ in leadership.
• Experience with EPCs on large industrial projects.
• Knowledge of heat tracing, thermal, or industrial electrical systems.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams in dynamic environments.

Preferred

• Experience with international projects and global teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ETAP, or similar tools.
• Familiar with IECEx/ATEX standards.
