Danish Speaking Inbound Sales Advisor

£12.83 per hour 


Job Responsibilities:

• Dealing with incoming calls across both sales and service
• Effectively handling service requests through our clients internal systems
• Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
• Modifying current bookings when required to do so
• Upsell additional products, services and extended stays

• Danish speaker to fluent level
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Sales driven / focused
• Professional and hard working
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent multi tasker
• Experience of working within a customer service / sales role
• Excellent understanding of working in a call centre and working towards targets
