Customer Service / Office Administrator Required
JDR are recruiting for a Customer Service / Office Administrator to join our client based in Woolston, Warrington
Our client is a manufacturing business who are looking for support within the customer service team, you will be answering incoming calls from customers, and responding to customer queries. You will be chasing outstanding payments and updating the computer systems.
The successful candidate will have both customer service and administrative background as well as experience in chasing payments, they will also be computer literate and comfortable talking to clients and customers on the telephone.
This position is temporary to permanent - after a successful 12 weeks
We have an immediate start for this position!
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday
8am until 4.30pm
Pay Rate:
£12.21 per hour - increasing once permanent.
The Role:
Chasing outstanding payments
Answering incoming calls from customers relating to products
Calling customers to answer an queries on products
Updating and maintaining company the company database
General administration - data entry, scanning and filling of paperwork.
Experience required:
Previous admin experience
Previous chasing outstanding payments experience
Previous customer service experience
Computer literate
Comfortable in speaking to customers over the phone
