JDR Recruitment are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our client in Deeside on a permanent basis.
 
 
Our client is a manufacturing business who are experiencing growth.
 
 
 
Hours of Work: 
 
We have two vacancies available one to join the day shift and one to join the night shift 
 
Days - 6am until 6pm - 4 on 4 off shift pattern
 
Nights - 6pm until 6am - 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
 
 
Salary:
 
Days   -  £29,870 per annum
 
Nights -  £31,827 per annum
 
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

• Oversee the running and set up of the production machines ensuring production and hygiene targets are met
• Manage the production and finished product storing product away as required
• Setting up work plans for 1-2 operatives on each shift 
• Complete audit trail paperwork
• FLT experience to load and unload raw and finished goods
• Use of computer to produce daily reports.

 
Skills / Experience:

• Ability to lead and supervise a team of staff
• Experience in running , maintaining and ensuring smooth flow within a production environment
• FLT Experience ( Counterbalance licence is required).
