Our expanding client, a leading Manufacturing plant, is seeking a skilled Beam Saw Operator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity that will be temp to perm for the right candidate. Looking for an experienced professional to contribute to the production of their exceptional products and help them maintain their reputation for excellence.

Preferred Requirements:

• Extensive experience in operating beam saws, with a strong understanding of programming and heavy work requirements
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to maintain high-quality standards
• Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the engineering or manufacturing sector, with a focus on woodworking or similar industries. Specifically operations of Beam saw and Band saw machines. 
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with operating complex machinery and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
