We’re looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant to join our ServiceNow team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM, FSM, CMDB, and integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and engineers to create innovative, scalable, and reliable features that drive measurable customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on, on-site role—ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and implementing tailored ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Developing and configuring applications, workflows, and modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Leading integrations with enterprise systems and third-party applications.
- Applying expertise in APIs, Flow Designer, scripting (JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS), and automation.
- Mentoring developers and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Building complex workflows and customizing platform components (tables, forms, rules, scripts).
- Identifying and delivering automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Managing end-to-end solution lifecycle—from design to deployment, testing, and documentation.
- Providing operational support, troubleshooting, and ensuring platform health and stability.
- Driving continuous improvement by staying ahead of platform upgrades and industry best practices.
What You Bring - 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, asset management, and integrations.
- 5+ years proven expertise implementing asset management in ServiceNow.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required).
- At least one ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM or CSM preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
