Working on-site in Ratingen from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
· Perform some Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
· Troubleshoot within Windows / iOS / Android OS support, software installations, and security updates.
· Manage Active Directory tasks.
· Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
What will you bring to ESP?
· Experience: 1-3 years providing IT infrastructure support, including hardware, software, and operating system troubleshooting
· Languages: C1 - C2 in both English and German
· Technical skills: Good command of Windows O/S, Active Directory, Basic knowledge of LAN-WAN setups and concepts
· Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
