The Role
You’ll be at the heart of rolling out our new HRIS platform — UKG Ready — across modules including Core HR, Time, Learning, Compensation, Performance, and Recruiting. This role is about precision and progress in a fast-paced, time-critical environment: working hands-on with data migration, manipulating and validating large datasets, and supporting UAT testing to keep delivery on track. At the same time, it’s about bringing curiosity and ideas to the table — spotting smarter ways to improve processes as we build, learning quickly, and helping deliver an HRIS to the project timeline that will shape how 700+ colleagues across the globe experience People services.
