Your Opportunity: Shape Aviation IT Across the Americas

We’re looking for a strategic, high-performing Aviation IT Sales Manager / Director who thrives on challenge, innovation, and the thrill of creating commercial success within complex airport and airline environments.
This isn’t just a sales role—it’s your chance to become a visible leader in an aviation growth journey backed by global delivery capability and 30+ years of industry expertise. As a senior member of the Americas team, you will play a pivotal role in driving ESP’s next chapter—expanding our footprint, securing key partnerships, and building long-term client success.
What You’ll Be Driving
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Lead end-to-end sales of IT Managed Support Services—including Service Desk, onsite engineering, dispatch, and hardware lifecycle solutions—into airlines, airports, and airport service providers.
- Market Expansion: Drive growth in the U.S., Canada, and Latin America—identifying and closing new business opportunities, and positioning ESP as the go-to aviation IT support partner.
- Solution-Led Selling: Sell value—not just service hours. You'll deeply understand aviation client pain points and tailor ESP’s unique technology-enabled solutions to meet operational needs across large airport environments.
- Executive Engagement: Build high-trust relationships with airport CIOs, airline IT leaders, and aviation ecosystem stakeholders to influence strategy and shape long-term IT partnerships.
- Thought Leadership: Be an aviation ambassador—represent ESP at industry events, panels, and forums. Help define best practices for IT support in aviation and promote ESP’s differentiated capabilities.
What You Bring - Proven Aviation Focus: Minimum 5 years selling IT Managed Services into the aviation industry—airlines, airports, or ground handling.
- IT Services Expertise: You understand traditional IT support (Service Desk, onsite engineers, dispatch) and modern managed services inside-out.
- Hunter & Builder: You’re comfortable generating and closing new business, but also love developing long-term client value and enterprise relationships.
- Strategic Mindset: You think beyond quotas—you want to grow a business, shape a region, and lead transformation.
- Industry Credibility: You're confident engaging at the C-level with aviation clients. You speak their language and understand their pressures—regulatory, operational, and financial.
- Collaborative Leadership: While this is a senior individual contributor role, you’ll be seen as a key voice in our Americas growth strategy—partnering with Service Delivery, Solutions, and Executive teams globally.
