Are you an organised, detail-oriented Project Coordinator with experience in IT infrastructure projects? Join ESP and play a key role in delivering high-impact technology rollouts and transitions for major clients across the UK.

In this role, you will:

• Project Coordination & Delivery: Coordinate end-to-end delivery of infrastructure and implementation projects
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the go-to contact for project teams, engineers, and customers and proactively manage and resolve project escalations or complaints with senior stakeholders
• Scope & Change Control: Track budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, and support monthly billing and reporting
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management: Maintain accurate project documentation, risk log and ensure SLA compliance
• Process Improvement & Bid Support: Work with stakeholders to resolve issues, assist in new bids and continuous process improvement, and drive successful outcomes

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure or implementation projects
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Proficient level with MS Project, Excel, O365 suite, cost tracking and other project tracking tools
• Understanding of project lifecycles, SLAs, and change control
• Knowledge of ITIL, service delivery frameworks, or project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2) is advantageous
• Experience of working with offshore/best shore/remote teams/resources.
• Experienced in delivering presentations and customer-facing Service/Project coordination.

Work Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm standard business hours.
• Location: Hybrid, 3 days at the office in Reading, UK, 2 days at home.
