• Thrive in a dynamic, office-based role (minimum 3 days per week), collaborating closely with project managers and their teams to drive business development, manage key accounts, and ensure adherence to company procedures.

• Leverage your expertise in geology and geotechnical engineering to support the delivery of projects on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of service.

• Contribute to the continued growth and development of our talented team, providing training and mentorship to junior staff.

Preferred Requirements:

• Confident and knowledgeable in various ground investigation techniques, contributing to technical proposals and scoping of contracts.
• Skilled in writing interpretative reports and providing expert advice to our clients.
• Adept at presenting technical information at local and regional meetings and conferences.
• Proficient in the use of borehole log software and data formats, such as AGS 3.1 and AGS 4.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Qualified to degree level in a geotechnical discipline, with a preference for a Masters degree.
• Membership of an appropriate professional body, with Chartered Status and RoGEP (or working towards it).
• Completion of relevant health and safety training schemes, such as CSCS (Manager level), SMSTS, and CDM 2007 Regulations.
