Job Description/Purpose
You will work with and support the Recruitment Team on different projects and tasks, and regularly liaise with clients HR Team. Channels across all markets providing support when creating and following a calendar, adverts, good news stories, etc. Interview and test job seekers, to create a pool of people ready to fill vacancies. match candidates to suitable jobs. Screen and shortlist candidates before employers interview them. Meet targets for the number of vacancies taken or the number of people placed into jobs.
Key Responsibilities

• Discuss jobs with candidates
• Email and follow up candidates and clients for BD
• Advertise jobs on social media sites
• Manage the website (jobs and updates).
• Marketing candidates to jobs and sending out fortnightly mailings
• Managing job boards and searching for candidates on the website
• Managing the recruiter(s)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential

• Microsoft Skills
• Minimum of 5 years admin experience preferable in construction engineering
• Work well under pressure during deadlines
• Set Monthly targets
• Business Development
• Professional Mannerism with clients and candidates

Desirable

• Recruitment experience in engineering
• HR knowledge

Qualifications

• Experience In Business Studies
• HND or Degree in Business
• HR type of qualification
