TI is entering its next stage of growth with the Pipeline to Prosperity program, providing the opportunity for a General Manager Water Delivery to support the core function of TI, being water delivery.
Reporting directly to the CEO as a key member of the executive team, this role is the primary custodian of the TI scheme and legacy assets and is responsible for overseeing the implementation and evolution of day-to-day water delivery operations and maintenance including, providing the best possible service to TI’s customers/stakeholders. This role will create and implement relevant strategic and operational plans and contribute to broader TI strategy and business planning processes. It also provides strategic commercial and operational analysis and advice to the CEO, Board and senior leadership team in all aspects of the water delivery function.
The successful candidate will demonstrate contemporary leadership skills and experience in similar senior roles, together with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. An ability to drive performance improvement, customer focus and efficiencies and build collaborative working relationships is essential. Experience in the water industry or other service utilities would be highly desirable.
