About Us:

Your Role:
We’re searching for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our growing team and help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Duties include:

• Daily banking reconciliation, handle cash banking
• Process supplier invoices and store expenses, order office supplies
• Prepare and process supplier returns, review aged stock reports
• Follow up supplier and customer back orders, assist with stock control
• Review accounts receivable reports, support purchasing tasks
• Assist with event planning and other activities to support smooth daily operations

Location:
Based at AWM Doncaster, VIC. Minimum 4 days per week. Flexible school-friendly hours available.

A bit about you:

• Experienced: Previous admin experience in a fast-paced or trade-based setting is ideal
• Comfortable with systems: Confident with computer systems and previous experience with Microsoft Excel
• Organised & Reliable: Able to manage tasks independently and follow through with a strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented: Willing to assist wherever needed to help the team
• Friendly & Professional: Great communicator via phone and email
