Role Overview:
As an Engineering Workshop Administrator in our Moranbah location, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the seamless operation of our engineering workshop. Your responsibilities will include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on job progress.
• Manage initial bookings, compile job cards, service sheets, and compliance documents, schedule work efficiently, source parts, and liaise with customers and suppliers for approvals.
• Oversee the receipt of parts and allocate them to respective jobs.
• Manage both light and heavy fleet repair schedules to ensure timely maintenance and minimal downtime.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar administrative role within an engineering or workshop environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail.
