What we need from you!
 
- Have the ability to manage and control the shift Underground Communication;
- Be able to monitor strategies to enable safe and efficient operations of an Underground Coal Mine;
- Provide assistance to the operations teams to delivery production targets safely;
- Maintain and manage the statutory checks of the mines communication system; 
- Develop collaborative working relationships across Managers, Superintendents, Supervisors and ERZ Controllers; 
- Have extensive experience using gas monitoring software; 
- You will be process driven with exceptional attention to detail; 
- High level of organisational and communication skills;
- Advanced First Aid Certificate with demonstrated experience in an Underground Coal Mining Operation; 
- You will have exceptional knowledge of emergency response and first aid equipment; 
- Have a strong commitment to health and safety standards.
